Welcome to Alpine-tech 360 ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide rope access and high-support services, including but not limited to painting, caulking, building surveys, glazing, repairs, anchor installation and testing, signage, and pest prevention. All services are subject to a written agreement or quotation before work begins.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless clearly noted.
- Additional work required outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
3. Safety & Access
- Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to stop or delay work if conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms, or structural instability).
- Clients must ensure safe access to the worksite and notify us of any known hazards.
4. Liability
- While we take every precaution, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
- We hold appropriate public liability and workers' compensation insurance.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or service agreement.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest or recovery costs.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee.
- We will work with clients to reschedule in the event of weather-related or unavoidable delays.
